This elegant hotel has a peaceful location near a square with a thermal fountain just outside the hustle and bustle of the city center. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with large marble bathrooms and well-appointed amenities. the excellent breakfast and friendly staff make for a pleasant stay. the beautiful grounds, swimming pool, and spa add to the relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel's lack of clear information about spa treatments and reservations could cause some confusion.

Nice and quiet location with nice gardens
Very poor choice of tv channels..maby four or five Italian channels!poor for an exclusive hotel!!!also no wireless in the rooms on top floor!!and if there was a signal it was very weak !staff could have been friendlier!!nice to see but would try other options next time

Nice big rooms with big marble bathrooms. Interior and exterior design is nice. The hotel is 2 km outside acqui terme, and i´m sure it will be a nice walk when all the workers are done with the bridge. Some of the staff is very smiling and nice, others looked like they got half-payed..
I think the hotel is a bit worn down because off bad maintance outside. What about hireing a person to clean and do the outside as nice as the inside?

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, I was impressed. The location was perfect, just off a square with a thermal fountain, and it was just a short walk down a steep road to the city centre. The service was top-notch, with staff who were always friendly and helpful. The room amenities were fantastic, with a mini-bar, sitting area, and free toiletries. I also appreciated the am/fm alarm clock, which made waking up in the morning a breeze. The dining experience was delightful, especially the breakfast. The staff served a wide variety of delicious options, and the coffee was superb. The leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and exercise gym, were well-maintained and provided a great way to unwind. Plus, the free wi-fi and convenient car park made my stay even more enjoyable.
I would highly recommend this place to friends. The location is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the amenities and facilities are top-notch.

Everything great.

Great location; close to city centre & easy to reach. Room was decent, with nice views. They served a good breakfast, and the staff was helpful with good recommendations.
The hotel was quite outdated and in dire need of renovation, which made it look a bit shabby. the pool was a bit small and not so clean.

The spacious rooms had an old, charming feel and were kept clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, accommodating requests beyond the usual scope. Key attractions were found within a comfortable walking distance. The delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant were a highlight of the stay.
While the location was great, the walk to and from the hotel was not pedestrian-friendly, especially with poor lighting and lack of pavements. the pool and loungers were quite old and uncomfortable.
